Here is some helpful information to guide you when shopping for Passover on our website!

Our Passover website will run slightly different to our regular website. 

• It is best to place your orders in advance to guarantee as many items as possible.

• Customers can place orders for delivery between 21st March – 3rd April 

We offer next day delivery

• Local Delivery: If your delivery address is in London you will be able to place a order for next day delivery up to 5pm the day before.

• Non-Local Delivery: If your delivery address is in outside London you will be able to place a order for delivery 2 days later  up to 5pm day before.

• Stock Availability: As stock still comes in later, if an item is not available on our website at the time you order, you can make a maximum of one additional order two days before the delivery date. Please clearly type in the ‘notes section‘ of your order on the checkout page that it is a add on order so that we can remove the additional delivery charge.

• Butchery Products: Meat products will change as these items are calcuated on weight. goes by weight. if you have any ‘special requirements‘ for your Meat products, please type your requirements in the ‘notes section‘ on the checkout page.

• Alternative Products: If an item is unavailable, you can select whether you want to to receive an ‘Alternate Substitute‘ or not, or have us call you to discuss. This option is available on the checkout page.
